Challenge We need to button up our brand without losing our edge. Crown Social’s business was built during a time when everyone was figuring things out. The leading social practitioners were DIYers, punk rock iconoclasts who ditched traditional tactics in favor of more conversational approaches. On the client side, these early social evangelists have grown into newer, more complex roles where success is dictated more by conversions, and less by engagement. We haven’t done a great job of signaling that we’ve grown with them.
Approach The client might not be an expert in social media, but they’re turning to us make them look like one. We need to ooze success and confidence, and deliver the client an implicit and explicit promise that we are going to treat them like royalty and help them rise through the ranks by delivering amazing quality work that moves the needle on the numbers that matter most to their business.
